The first evening of the 2014 edition of the July Fair, traditionally dedicated to the fireworks on the Lakes, opened with a ceremony to inaugurate the sculpture entitled ‘Migrare’.
The work, in perfect harmony with its surroundings (thanks to the interplay between shapes, transparency of the materials and the lakeside environment) was created in 2007 by Emilio Mitia Anselmi using recycled metals.
Mayor Paola Guerzoni thanked the artist for his generous gift and for the contribution made to the spread of culture, while at the same time pledging to enhance education on culture and the arts.
The Town of the Scales has thus increased its attractiveness and offers both citizens and visitors the chance to enjoy this work as well.
